Reading the website
This is an informational static website. Its editorial code does not include account registration, advertising trackers or analytics libraries. The desk-note composer
Text entered into the contact composer is processed in your browser. The composer has no submission endpoint and does not transmit the text, save it in localStorage or send it to a third party. A preview appears on the page. Your browser may retain form entries or restore a page according to its own settings.
Using Copy places the generated text on your device's clipboard, subject to browser permission. Download creates a text file on your device. Neither action sends an email. You are responsible for managing copied or downloaded information, particularly on shared devices.
If you email us
If you choose to send an email, we receive the information you include, your email address and ordinary message metadata. We use correspondence to respond to inquiries, consider corrections, handle privacy requests and maintain the integrity of the website. Email providers process messages as part of delivery and storage.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, correspondence is handled to address your request or for legitimate interests in operating and improving this editorial service; consent will be sought where required. Please do not send confidential contracts, identification documents or sensitive personal information unless a specific need has been discussed.
Retention and disclosure
Correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, relevant follow-up, security or legal obligations. The necessary period can vary; no universal deletion deadline is promised. Information may be shared with service providers where needed to operate the site or email, or when legally required.
